Walk In The Park Mare Triumphs At Tattersalls

Moonlight Paradise (4m Walk In The Park – Classic Theatre, by King’s Theatre) led home a 1-2 for Coolmore NH sires in the four-year-old mares’ maiden at Tattersalls on Sunday.

Denis Murphy’s newcomer chased the leaders under Shane Cotter and was ridden to challenge after the third last. Improving to lead early in the straight, she kept on well to beat fellow newcomer Is She Real (Yeats) by a length.

Bred by John Lenihan, the Walk In The Park mare provides an important update for her two-year-old brother by Vadamos, which sells at the Tattersalls Ireland Derby Sale.
