Paddington’s First Foals All Set For Tattersalls

Four-time Group 1 winner Paddington will have three foals from his first crop sell at the Tattersalls December Foal Sale next week.

Prospect Stables consigns a colt who is a half-brother to Group 3 Chartwell Fillies’ Stakes-placed Pearl Glory. The grey hails from the family of Irish Oaks heroine Pure Grain.

The next offering by Paddington is Castletown Stud’s filly out of a daughter of the Group 3-placed Hug And A Kiss, with the further family including American Grade 1 winner Marylebone.

Completing the trio is Genesis Green Stud’s colt who is out of a Dubawi half-sister to black-type winners Joie De Soir and Chemistry in Smart Cookie.

Smart Cookie is a granddaughter of Group 1 Prix Jean Romanet victress Alpine Rose, while the page also includes Group 1 Grand Prix de Saint-Cloud winner Fragrant Mix.
