Son Of Holy Roman Emperor Gains Fifth Group Win

Geography (4g Holy Roman Emperor - Guajara, by Montjeu) gained his fifth Pattern success with victory in the Group 2 Oettingen-Rennen at Baden-Baden on Sunday.

The Peter Schiergen-trained four-year-old had landed the Group 3 Fritz Henkel-Preis at Dusseldorf last month and added to that victory with a two-and-a-half length score this time.

Positioned prominently under Andrasch Starke, the son of Holy Roman Emperor took up the lead a furlong and a half out and comfortably stayed on to score for his first Group 2 victory.
