St Mark’s Basilica Colt Impresses At Newmarket

Monastry (2c St Mark’s Basilica - Vital Force, by Invincible Spirit) became the latest winner for St Mark’s Basilica when striking at Newmarket in taking fashion on Friday.

The T J Kent-trained juvenile had showed plenty of promise in two runs beforehand and was ridden prominently on his third outing to win by an easy three-and-a-half lengths under George Wood.
