Debut Winner For Saxon Warrior

Nordic Norm (3c Saxon Warrior x Fracherette, by Exceed And Excel) justified favouritism when making his racecourse debut a winning one at Newcastle on Saturday evening.

The Karl Burke-trained colt displayed a good attitude and no signs of greenness when racing in third before switching out to get up on the line for owner/breeders David & Yvonne Blunt.

Hailing from the family of Group 1 winners Alpine Rose and Fragrant Mix, there should be plenty more to come from this colt.
