Juvenile Churchill Colt Lands Comfortable Maiden Win

Siren Suit (2c Churchill - Angel's Hideaway, by Dark Angel) got off the mark when running out a comfortable winner at Kempton on Wednesday.

Cheveley Park’s homebred son of Churchill had run subsequent Group 1 Middle Park Stakes winner Wise Approach close on his previous start at Ascot in April and was opening his account on just his third start.

The John and Thady Gosden-trained two-year-old was ridden by William Buick and he made all to post success by two-and-a-half lengths.

Churchill has been represented this year by Group 2 Prix Daniel Wildenstein winner Ridari, Group 2 Huxley Stakes scorer The Foxes and fellow Pattern scorers Yashin, Imperialist and Trustyourinstinct.
