Second Group 3 Win for Millionaire Son of Churchill

Encountered (6g Churchill – Enrol, by Pivotal) overcame traffic to win the Gr.3 Sa Sa Ladies’ Purse by a head at Sha Tin on Sunday for owner Vincent Wong Yin Shun.

This was the second win in the race for the Brett Crawford-trained horse, having also clinched the 2023 renewal for his then trainer Manfred K. L. Man.

Bred by Rabbah Bloodstock Limited, Encountered is the winner of nine races and over €2million in prize money.
