Impressive Bumper Win For Order Of St George Filly

Millstatt Abbey (4f Order Of St George - Shush, by Flemensfirth) made an exciting debut under rules on Wednesday when storming to a nine-and-a-half length success at Uttoxeter.

The Noel Williams-trained filly was ridden by Jonathan Burke and she made all to post a wide-margin win, quickening from over two furlongs out and going further clear with a furlong left to run.

Millstatt Abbey was completing a quick-fire bumper double for Order Of St George after Lilannbee’s comfortable score at Punchestown a few minutes before.

The Mary McCann-bred four-year-old was a half-length second in a mares maiden at Loughanmore in April for Colin Bowe. She sold to Noel Fehily and David Crosse for €100,000 at the Goffs Punchestown Sale the following month.
