Vadamos Gelding In Command In Stradbally Maiden

Go To The Moon (5g Vadamos – Revaader, by Revoque) took a step forward on his second start to win Sunday’s five-year-old geldings maiden at Stradbally.

Owned and trained by Pierce Power, the bay was settled towards the back of the field in the early stages by Darragh Higgins. He improved to lead from halfway and ridden before the final fence, before going on to beat the favourite by three lengths.

The son of Grange Stud sire Vadamos was bred by Alan Mackey.
