Improving Gleneagles Colt Gets Off The Mark

Al Shabab Spirit (2c Gleneagles - Trieste, by Dubawi) continued his progress to get off the mark at Lingfield on Thursday.

Trained by Simon and Ed Crisford, the juvenile was building on a promising third at Chelmsford earlier this month and took another step forward on his third start.

The two-year-old was sent to the front under Silvestre De Sousa and made all to win by a comfortable three-quarters of a length.
