Maiden Victory For Juvenile Gleneagles Filly
Flosrose (2f Gleneagles - Flawless Beauty, by Excellent Art) became the latest juvenile winner for Gleneagles when striking in Milan on Saturday.
The J D Racing-trained filly had finished fourth on debut behind subsequent Listed Premio Coolmore winner Kebrilla (by Saxon Warrior) on debut and she opened her account with a game effort for owner Nuovi Orizzonti.
Flosrose was continuing the fine run of form for her sire, who was also responsible for Saturday's comfortable juvenile fillies' novice winner Morven.
His leading progeny this year are headed by King George and Queen Elizabeth Stakes and Grand Prix de Saint-Cloud victor Calandagan and Group 2 Grand Prix de Chantilly scorer Arrow Eagle.
The daughter of Gleneagles was bred by Jim Corcoran.
