Pointofdifference Crystal Ocean Bartlemy

Four Point-to-Point Incentive Winners

It was a weekend for the young guns of the Coolmore National Hunt roster as they provided four winners whose breeders are now eligible to collect the Point-to-Point Incentive scheme.

The first race at Necarne on Saturday, the 4YO Maiden, went the way of Doubly Blessed (Vadamos) who was a 13½-length winner on debut for Rob James and owner/breeder Noel Dooly.

Ellen Doyle’s newcomer Pointofdifference was the first of two 4YO Maiden winners on Sunday for Crystal Ocean when he stormed home to win by 4½ lengths at Bartlemy. The gelding is owned by the Baltimore Stables Syndicate and was bred by Southcourt Stud.

This was followed by the Ballinaroone Stud-bred Crystal Du Berlais’ 5-length win in the Mares Maiden at Loughrea for Rob Tector.

Wings Of Eagles was also on the board at Loughrea when his son Daylatedollarshort won the 4YO Geldings Maiden for Colin Bowe, Milestone Bloodstock Ltd, & breeder James D. Leahy.
