Daughter Of Maxios Easily Accounts For Rivals At Lingstown
Elderflower Tonic (4m Maxios - Alder Flower, by Alderbrook) got off the mark at the second attempt between the flags when winning at Lingstown on Sunday.
The Darragh Berry-trained mare had finished third on debut at Fairyhouse in April and stepped forward on her second start to register a ten-length success over Five Shiros (by Crystal Ocean).
Elderflower Tonic was ridden by Josh Berry and made all to defeat her rivals in fine style. The bay is another promising four-year-old point-to-point winner for her sire after Maxios Des Champs struck at Boulta yesterday.
The four-year-old was bred by Susan Bredin.
