Daughter Of Maxios Makes The Perfect Start At Newbury

Lady Litigator (3f Maxios - Erin Brockovich, by Alkaadhem) made the perfect start to her career with success in the junior fillies’ bumper at Newbury on Wednesday.

The Anthony Honeyball-trained filly was ridden prominently under Rex Dingle and took up the lead with three furlongs left to run. The pair rallied after being headed a furlong out to strike by a head, with Crystal Connemara (by Crystal Ocean) in third.

Lady Litigator continues the fine run of form for Maxios as his other recent winners include John Durkan hero Gaelic Warrior and Carlisle novice hurdle victor The Burren Man.

She was bred by Mrs Phil Browne.
