Maxios Gelding Wins on Point-to-Point Debut

Red Acres Max (4g Maxios – Redacresruby, by Presenting) got his record off to the best possible start when taking the 4YO Geldings Maiden at Dromahane on Sunday.

The Mick Goff-trained, Caitriona Goff-owned newcomer ran prominently and held on to win by a head, with 21 lengths back to the third placed finisher.

Red Acres Max, bred by Tommy Frisby, is one of eight point-to-point winners to date from Maxios’ first Coolmore crop which also includes several exciting winners on the racecourse including the unbeaten pair I’m Slippy and Midnight Jet.
