Promising Son Of Maxios Off The Mark Over Hurdles
Hot To Go (4g Maxios - Taylor, by Presenting) landed his first success over hurdles when striking at Leicester on Monday.
The gelding, who had finished second in a Lisronagh point-to-point for Colin Bowe in February, was making his second start for Nigel and Willy Twiston-Davies after his £165,000 purchase at the Tattersalls Cheltenham Festival Sale in March.
Hot To Go was ridden by Sam Twiston-Davies and the pair settled towards the rear of the field before making headway turning for home. Hot To Go stayed on strongly up the run-in to register a length success.
A half-brother to Listed winner Custom Taylor, Hot To Go was bred by Eudora O'Connor and Brid Corkery.
